About Me

I was born and raised in the beautiful Shenandoah Valley nestled in the Blue Ridge Mountains and right in the middle of the small and artistic community of Harrisonburg, VA. Though I was the only family member to pursue a career in the arts, music was the heartbeat of my family, connecting our 5 very different personalities. Looking back on my childhood, the memories that stick were those spent in our family room as we'd all dance to the blasting music on our stereo. My love for singing and performing is as old as I can remember; I can't recall a time where my dream career wasn't to be a performer. My intense love for music and storytelling led me to the University of Michigan where I am currently studying Musical Theatre and will receive my BFA in the Spring of 2024.

In the past four years, my love for the performing arts expanded and I spent my past two summers solo traveling to explore the range of cultures and artistry across Central/Eastern Europe. I studied physical theater and clowning while studying in Hamburg and Grozjnan with the Michael Chekhov Europe Association and rediscovered the playfulness and joy that is acting. My dream is to use my range of vocal stylings (folk, jazz, musical theatre, country, and rock) in combination with my love of acting to tell a variety of stories.
